General Principle

The RainCloud infrastructure has been optimised to provide equal,
balanced and uninterrupted service to all our users.
For this reason, the intentional or unintentional excessive or improper use of resources must be prevented.

Prohibited or Restricted Usage Examples

1-DDoS, Brute Force, port scanning, network listening, vulnerability scanning, etc. any type of cyber attack activity is strictly prohibited.

Hosting or distributing malware such as viruses, trojans, ransomware, exploits is strictly prohibited.

Any behaviour aimed at damaging other systems,

gaining access or preventing them through our services will result in legal and technical sanctions.

2-Excessive and Conscious Consumption of System Resources

Continuous and maximum utilisation of resources such as CPU, RAM, disk I/O may be blocked as it could degrade service quality.

Loops, bots, mining software, stress-testing tools or similar software that continuously consume system resources are included in this scope.

3-Usage Solely for Storage Purposes

RainCloud servers are not cloud storage services.

Using the system for file backup, media archiving, hosting illegal content

or solely for the purpose of large data storage conflicts with our policy.

Especially when the presence of large and inaccessible data piles that are not used for the service purpose in the system is detected,

they may be deleted without warning.
