The Order and Approval Process When you purchase a product through RainCloud, invoice approval is awaited.
When your invoice is approved, your product is delivered instantly.
The invoice approval process usually completes within the same day; however, in some cases, it may extend up to 10 hours.
In special cases, this period may extend up to 24 hours.
If your order is not approved within 48 hours, you have the right to claim compensation
and you can fully return your product. Special cases extending up to 48 hours are rarely experienced.
DeliveryOnce the invoice is approved, your product is dispatched to the “My Services” section
where you can access your server information. Your product will be available for use during the period you purchased.
Once the period expires, you can create a support request to extend the product or extend the period via our website.
If the payment period is delayed, your server will automatically be suspended.
After the suspension process, your server may be deleted without a specified period.
Generally, deletion is not applied on the first day of suspension.
Return PolicyIf you believe there is a problem with the product you purchased or you no longer need it,
RainCloud offers you the right to return it within the first 3 days. However, RainCloud reserves the right to refuse the return request without providing any justification.
The following situations are not considered valid reasons for return, for example;

User error ❌
Incorrect product selection ❌
Partnership disputes ❌
Requesting a return after using the product for a short time and exchanging it for the remaining days ❌

Return requests opened for such reasons will not be accepted.
